Whether you arrive early, excited to embark on a factory tour, or are simply eager to explore new tea flavors, we invite all guests to visit our Tea Bar nestled within the Tour Center. During your visit, savor complimentary samples of the over 100 different tea varieties that Celestial Seasonings has to offer. Your taste buds are in for a delightful journey!

Factory Tour Information and Restrictions

Waiver Requirement:

All guests must sign a factory tour waiver either online or upon arrival.

Accessibility:

Wheelchairs and walkers are welcome; courtesy wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Dress Code and Personal Items:

Only small clutches (max size 4.5" x 6.5") are permitted in the factory.
Hairnets and beardnets (if applicable) must be worn at all times in the factory.

Age Restrictions:

Children under 5 are not permitted.
Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.

Animals:

No animals, including service animals, are allowed in the facility.

Food and Beverages:

No outside food or beverages, including candy, gum, or glass containers, are allowed on the factory floor.

Photography:

No photography or video recording is allowed during the tour.

Prohibited Items:

Alcohol and illegal substances under Federal law
Weapons, including toy guns and swords
Remote-controlled devices, such as drones and electric skateboards
